Ultra Board is a durable, high density foam core material that offers more rigidity and weight compared to standard FoamEx. Unlike traditional foam board, Ultra Board features a thin plastic surface instead of paper, making it more resistant to dents, warping, and cracks.
Gator Board is a trusted name in foam board printing thanks to its durability, lightweight design, and versatility. Available in both black and white and in 3/16″ and ½” thicknesses, it’s a go-to option for businesses and creatives alike.
What sets Gator Board apart is its dense foam core and smooth PVC surface, making it stronger and more rigid than standard foam board. Whether you need a long-term display or a temporary presentation piece, Gator Board delivers a professional, polished look that holds up over time.
Also known as die-cut foam board, contour cutting allows you to break free from traditional rectangular shapes. Whether you need rounded corners, a custom silhouette, or a completely unique shape, this process lets your design stand out with a more customized, high-end look.
Since contour cutting requires extra design precision and production time, it may add a slight cost increase and about a day to the turnaround time—but the impact is well worth it. From simple curves to intricate cutouts, this option gives your foam board prints a creative edge that makes your final product truly pop.
Our foam board sheets start at a standard size of 4 feet by 8 feet, but we can custom cut them to match your specific project needs. Whether you need multiple prints from a single sheet or a larger display within the 48” x 96” limit, we’ve got you covered.

There are times when a wall wrap would be the best solution, but the surface isn’t ideal—maybe the wall has damage, uneven paint, or holes. In these cases, foam board panels can serve as a quick and effective alternative.
Instead of investing time and money into repairing the wall, you can cover the area with foam board prints. Since they come in full 4′ x 8′ sheets, it doesn’t take many panels to cover large sections, and they can be easily swapped out whenever needed.
The short answer? Not really. Foam board is lightweight and not waterproof, so it’s not designed for outdoor use.
That said, for temporary setups, it can work in mild weather conditions—think short-term signage for events or displays. Just keep in mind that exposure to wind, rain, or humidity will take a toll. We strongly recommend keeping it indoors unless the conditions are ideal and the timeframe is short.

48 Hour Rush Turnaround: 48 hour Rush is available. Place your order by 5PM, any day of the week and have it delivered to you within two business days. Our products are printed and sent out within 24 hours, not including weekend days.
Next Day Turnaround: Next Day Turnaround is our fastest service available. Place your order by 12PM on any day and we will print and send out your order on that same day and delivered to you by the next. Saturday delivery is available, and we can easily have your next day order ready on time!
